ValueCheck Pre-Purchase Home Inspections

The pre-purchase home inspection is the core service of our business.  If you are buying a house this is your starting point.  You may want to add additional services such as well, septic, or radon testing based on your specific concerns but at a minimum you will want a pre-purchase home Inspection.

A home inspection is a comprehensive visual inspection of the structure and main operating components of your house.  Home inspections are not a warranty or guaranty, they are a tool to help you reduce your risk by making you aware of costly defects or needed repairs that may not have been apparent to you.
ValueCheck home inspections are conducted according to industry standards developed by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). The scope of our inspections meet or exceed the ASHI Standards of Practice.  Our report system prompts the inspector to consistently report on over 1500 components of the home, and provide explanation when necessary.  Our inspector uses a handheld computer and prints your report onsite including pictures of major defects. If you prefer, we can also email you a PDF copy of your report.

Inspection fees are based on the square footage of the house as well as several other factors.  Please contact us so we can get an understanding of the house you are buying and your concerns so we can give you an accurate quote.
