Mark was very knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection. Mark and his helper were at the house early getting a jump start on the outside before I even showed up. He pointed out all the little problems that may or may not need to be addressed in the future. He was very friendly and happy to answer all my questions. Mark gave me his honest opinions, remained neutral, and left the decision making up to me. I was very pleased with his work.
